How do I create an account and why is it necessary?

 

Creating an account with at shop.aristokrat.eu is easy! Simply:

1. Click "create account" at the top of any page.

2. Fill out the form with your information. (It may be a good idea to save somewhere the

password you choose.)

3. Click "create new account" and fix any errors that may be flagged. If there are none,

voila! Your account has been created and a confirmation email will arrive shortly.

For security purposes, we encourage all of our customers to create an Aristokrat

account. It is necessary to create an account in order to make a purchase at shop.aristokrat.eu. Having an account with a password that only you know protects all of the

personal information you enter when placing an order and ensures that no one else

has access to these details. Your email address is needed in order for us to send you

information relating to your order, such as an order confirmation or any news regarding

your order status that may need your response.

There are also other benefits to having a password-protected account with shop.aristokrat.eu

Your account allows you to securely save billing and shipping information,

check the status of  current order, review past orders, and track a package up to the

minute it arrives. Through your account you can also sign up to receive emails with

exclusive offers for shop.aristokrat.eu customers.

How do I make my order?

Ordering online is easy! When you find an item you would like to purchase, select a

color and a size and click the green "add to bag" button. A small window will appear at

the top-right corner of the page indicating what you've just "added to your bag". At this

point you may continue to shop for more items, adding to your bag the ones you'd like to

purchase.

When you've finished shopping, click the green "checkout" button at the top-right

corner of the page. You will find a quick summary of your order on the right side of

the following page. If you'd like to modify your order, you may do so by clicking the

grey "edit your bag" button at the bottom of the grey box. If all looks well, click "proceed

to checkout". From there, you will be guided through the next four steps of the order-

placement process.

How can I check the status of my order?

shop.aristokrat.eu will send you an e-mail whenever the status of your order changes.

You will also be able to log in to your profile on the website, and view all your orders

(including their current location) from the Order history section.

 

What options are available to pay for my order?

 

„Aristokrat“ offers two options for electronic payment: PayPal and the Borica system.

What are the shipping options and how can I calculate shipping costs?

 

There are two delivery options for the orders you make though the “Aristokrat” online shop

– Standard and Express. Our transport partner  is DHL.

The shipping costs depend on the value of your order, the type of delivery service chosen

and the company you’ve picked to make the delivery. Please note that if a city is not

entered in your delivery address we will calculate the shipping cost separately, and send

the amount to your email.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail. The message will also

contain a tracking code, and  URL of a page where you can track the shipment.

The time for delivery depends on your location. The Express delivery usually takes 1-3 working days* (air delivery Monday to Friday).

*Delivery time is counted from the day the shipment is loaded on the transport vehicle.

When the order is delivered to your address by a courier you will need to sign  to

confirm you have received the shipment.

In case a product needs replacement and the delivery address is the same as the initial

one all shipping costs will be at Aristokrat’s expense. If the delivery address for the

replacement has changed the shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

When a product is returned Aristokrat will refund the product price, but the shipping

will be at your expense.

How can I track my shipment?

Click on the Customer service menu in the upper left corner, then select the Tracking link. You will be directed to a page where you can select the shipping provider you’ve chosen and then enter the tracking code.

Can I make changes to my order after confirming it?

 

Yes, you can update your order until 5 p.m. EET every business day before it has been shipped. E.g. if you have submitted your order on Tuesday, you can call or e-mail our support team by 5 p.m. EET that same day to make adjustments.

You will be able to make changes to your order as long as it has not entered the final shipping process. However, we often work very quickly and most orders are processed by us minutes after they are placed.

Will I get a receipt after I pay for my order?

 

At the last step of the transaction you will reach an order confirmation page detailing the items within your order, the cost of each item and the total amount to be charged. Please print this page for your records; it is your receipt. You will also receive a confirmation via email, and an invoice/packing slip within your actual shipment, and these may also be used as receipts. If you are interested in keeping a receipt for tax purposes, we recommend printing and keeping the order confirmation page.

How can I replace or return the items from an order I have received?

 

We will readily accept returned goods and replace them if they haven’t been worn and are in good condition. Please return the goods together with a receipt for the order.

If you would like to replace or return any goods please e-mail us at returncenter@aristokrat.eu within 7 days from receiving your order. Please include the reason for replacement/return request in your message. We will expect you to ship the products within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

In case of replacement please note that we will need between 10 to 12 days to ship the desired product back to you. We will do our best to replace the product with a new one from our stocks.

How can I use a promotional code or a voucher?

Promotional codes can be entered at Step 1 of the checkout process. The promotional codes are personal and non-transferrable, and are only valid for a single purchase. The code has an expiration date, and will not be valid after it’s passed.

How can I be sure that my personal data is safe when I am ordering online?

 

We share your concerns about credit card security, and have taken steps to ensure that transactions on our website are safe. Aristokrat is built using industry-standard solutions: a server with limited access and 24 hours monitoring, intrusion prevention and intrusion detection systems, custom-developed software, communication over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect all customer information. All personal and
credit card information is encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system, and once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet. Look for the small padlock icon in the lower right side of your browser to know you are on a secure page. We will make sure all of your personal information is secure at all times.

If I sent a gift to someone will he receive a document that allows him to replace or return the product?

For your information, each gift shipment is sent with a packing slip that lists only the purchaser's name and billing address, the items included in the shipment and the gift message (if the items are not gift-wrapped; otherwise the gift message is printed on a card attached to the gift wrap). All orders sent as gifts can be returned by mail or returned/exchanged in-store within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all gift returns done by mail are credited to the purchaser. Gift exchanges are not available by mail. If a gift recipient returns his/her gift in-store and does not want an exchange, they will be issued an Aristokrat gift certificate. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached, and if possible, accompanied by the original packing slip. A gift recipient may return he/she gift in its original packaging, and will find all of the information they need to do the return on the packing slip they received with their gift, as well as a prepaid return label they can use to ship the return.

How can I search for products on the website?

Start with the tabs running across the top of the page to begin narrowing down what you are looking for. After clicking a tab (e.g. men), the sub-categories available for that area will appear on the left side of the page (e.g. polo shirts, shorts, summer essentials). Click a sub-category to see all of the items available within that type or theme. Another way to find an item you are looking for is to use our search box at the top-right corner of every page.

How do I find out which size is right for me?

Simply click on the "size guide" link found on every detail page located next to the size selection drop down. The size guides are specific to each product and will help you through the process of choosing the perfect fit.

How do I care for my Aristokrat garments and accessories?

You will receive care information in print together with your order, and will also be able to read it online, or print it from the website.

Important instructions for handling

Gently place your garment in 30C lukewarm water, preferably with special cashmere shampoo, without rubbing and wringing.
Do not use washing powder and bleach when washing cashmere products.
Let the sweater soak in the detergent water for a while, at least 20-30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with clean cool water until wool washing liquid is cleared from the garment.
Gently place the garment in a dry cotton towel in order to release the excess water.
Do not wring out.
Let the cashmere garment dry on a towel without stretching.
If necessary, iron by using low temperature steam from 0.5-1 cm distance.
Perfumes with rich color should not be used on the cashmere and camel wool garments from close distance.
After first few times of wearing cashmere, especially under other clothes, small balls (pilling) may appear on the surface of the garments. Pilling is not a quality defect, but it is the natural characteristic of cashmere. You only need to remove pilling once in a while for the first few wears.

Lastly, please remember your luxurious cashmere garment will age inversely with time if you take care of it just the way it caresses you even gentler with time.
