Return & Exchanges
We will readily accept returned goods and replace them if they haven’t been worn and are in good condition. Please return the goods together with a receipt for the order.
If you would like to replace or return any goods please fill in our Return & Exchanges Form
and send it by e-mail at [email protected]
within 7 days from receiving your order. Please include the reason forreplacement/return request in your message. We will expect you to ship the products within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
In case of replacement please note that we will need between 10 and 12 days to ship the desired product back to you. We will do our best to replace the product with a new one from our stocks.

In case a product needs replacement and the delivery address is the same as the initial one all shipping costs will be at shop.aristokrat.eu expense. In case the delivery address for the replacement has changed the shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
When a product is returned shop.aristokrat.eu will refund the product price, but the shipping will be at your expense.
You can return any item purchased on our store within 15 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
Fill out the online Return & Exchanges Form in order to get a Return Number
Prepare the package and stick the pre-printed and pre-paid DHL label on the order box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information. With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Bologna.
Schedule the pick up of your package within 15 days from the delivery date. Contact DHL by phone or online to arrange a suitable date and address: our courier will pick up the package wherever you wish.
